We put our tools into packages for one person or for a team, paid once or monthly. Each one shows exactly what's in it, how long it runs and what it costs.
Payment is taken on Stripe's secure page. A monthly package runs until you cancel. A one-off package doesn't renew by itself. When a package ends, each tool drops back to its free plan, or goes read-only where it has none, and nothing more is charged.
On a retainer with Stacksy? You get the Toolkit at no charge.

Open any tool in your package and press "Sign in with Stacksy". Your plan switches on by itself. Use the tools that fit and leave the rest.

A team package comes with a set number of seats. Invite and remove your own team members from your Stacksy account.

Every tool has a "Sign in with Stacksy" button on its sign-in page. Press it and your one Stacksy login gets you in, with no separate password to remember for each tool. If you already have a password for a tool, it still works.

On a retainer, the Toolkit is on us.
If we work together on a retainer, or a similar ongoing arrangement, your team gets the Toolkit at no charge for as long as we do. There's nothing to buy and no card to enter. We set you up and email you when it's ready.

You start with five team seats and can ask for more. The only extras are optional: more MyRepDay seats at a partner rate, and MaskedRoom meetings beyond your ten each quarter.
Included for the life of your retainer
The Toolkit runs from the day your retainer starts to the day it ends. There's no trial period and no separate renewal.
Nothing is ever charged automatically
We don't hold a card for the Toolkit. If your retainer ends, the included plans end with it and you are not billed. Whether you subscribe to anything afterwards is your choice.
We'll tell you well ahead
If your retainer is coming to an end, we'll let you know 60 days and again 14 days beforehand, with a list of exactly what changes. You then have 90 days to export your data.

No catches. Here's exactly how it works.
You pay what the package says
The price, the number of people and how long it runs are on the package before you pay. There are no add-ons at checkout.
Nothing renews behind your back
A one-off package is a single payment and stops at the end of its term. A monthly package is charged each month until you cancel.
Your QR codes and links keep working
Anything you've printed stays live. QR codes and short links you created under the Toolkit keep resolving, even after your package ends.
Your data stays yours
When a package ends your work isn't thrown away: each tool drops back to its free plan, or goes read-only. We'll delete your data whenever you ask.
No paying twice
If you already pay for one of these tools directly, tell us. You shouldn't pay for something your package includes.
Support in business hours
We help with Toolkit products on a best-effort basis during business hours.

Who is the Toolkit for?
Anyone. Choose a package for yourself or for your team. If you work with Stacksy on a retainer, you don't need to buy one: it's included.
What does it cost?
Each package shows its price, how many people it covers and how long it runs. Some are a single payment for a set term, some are monthly, and from time to time there's a special price for a limited period.
How many of my team can use it?
It depends on the package: some are for one person, others cover a team. You invite and remove your own team members from your Stacksy account.
What happens when my package ends?
Nothing more is charged. Each tool drops back to its free plan, or goes read-only where it has none, and your existing QR codes and short links keep working. If you'd like to carry on, take a package again or subscribe to a single tool directly.
I already pay for one of these products. What happens?
You shouldn't pay for something that's now included. Each tool lets us know when someone on the Toolkit is also paying for it directly, and we'll get in touch to stop that subscription. You're welcome to tell us first.
Do I have to use every tool in my package?
No. Use the ones that help. Most people start with email signatures, QR codes and short links.
I'm a Stacksy retainer client. Do I pay anything?
No. The Toolkit is included with your retainer at the plans shown above, for as long as we work together. We set it up for you.
Will new Stacksy products be added?
We launch new products regularly, and new packages with them.
